Kalimandir
January 2026 — Rome
Kalimandir emerges as a threshold rather than a place.
To enter it is to suspend the city, to let time lose its density and become a slow, breathable substance.
Light does not illuminate; it surfaces.
It moves across worn textures, lingers in pigments, revealing traces of minimal, repeated gestures — presences sedimented rather than seen.
This work is born from listening to what remains when noise withdraws:
a quiet, everyday sacredness that does not ask to be understood, only to be crossed.
The images do not seek the event, but permanence.
They do not show; they dwell.
And within that dwelling, something endures.
